The Uptown Hound Office Hours:

The Uptown Hound operates just like a hotel, checkout time is by 10AM if you wish to stay after 10 additional charges will be billed.

Check-in hours are from 8:30 until 10:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Checkout hours are from 3pm until 5pm every day except SATURDAY afternoon; it is by appointment only!

Are offices are closed on Wednesdays for Staff Development & Property Management there are no arrival or departures.

Sunday: Closed (offices close)

Wednesdays: Offices are closed

Transportation

The Canine Chauffeur Service aboard The Hound Wagon provides pet-parents with the freedom of being able to drive, fly or float without being time restrictive. The Canine Chauffeur handles all transportation for your fur-friend to and from the Resort & Ranch and then back home. This service is designed to take the stress out of traveling. Delivery and Pick-up runs Monday Through Saturday.
